Tariff Details

Rates are based upon low season rates and the following supplements apply:

Studios - High Season: 200 Baht per person per night. Peak Season: Daily rate only and 600 Baht per person per night supplement.
Apartments - High Season: 200 Baht per person per night. Peak Season: Daily rate only and 600 Baht per person per night supplement.
Penthouses - High Season: 400 Baht per person per night. Peak Season: Daily rate only and 900 Baht per person per night supplement.

The 4 night and 7 night rates are inclusive of the Book 4 nights pay 3 and Book 7 nights, pay 5 offer.
Monthly rates are not available in the Peak Season.

Season Dates

Peak Season: 27th December – January 6th.
High Season: Jan 7th - 15th April, July 1st - September 5th, Jan 7th - 15th April.
Low Season: April 16th - 30th June, 6th September – October 7th, 17th November - 19th December.

Closed from 7th October – 17th November

Room Facilities

All units are equipped with aircon, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, DVD, Hi-Fi stereo, water cooker with tea and coffee maker, hot water and ensuite bathroom facilities.

Booking Details

All rates are in Thai Baht.
Rates are based upon self catering, serviced apartments and are EXCLUSIVE of breakfast.
Electricity is charged at 8 Baht per KWH.
50 % Deposit payment is required to confirm a booking.
Free transfer from/to Thong Sala Pier or Haad Rin pier to the Resort is available.
Transfer is available from the Resort to elsewhere on the island upon customers request.
Extra bed is available at 1,000 THB per night.
Baby cot is available at 300 THB per night.
Room service is available.
Maid cleaning service is included within the rates – daily cleaning for daily rates and weekly cleaning for monthly rates.
Extra cleaning (if required) is charged at 500 Baht for a studio and 900 Baht for an apartment or penthouse.This is for the entire apartment and includes changing towels etc.
Extra changing of bed sheets and making the bed is 400 Baht for a double bed and 550 Baht for twin beds.
Laundry service is available.
Sauna and massage service is available.
The coffee lounge and restaurant are open at set times.
No charge for children under 10 years sharing a room with parents without extra bed.
Safety deposit box is provided in every room or at Reception.
Full Moon week is defined as full moon night + / - 3 days.

Booking Restrictions

Full Moon Reservations: A minimum stay = 3 nights, and arrival date can be on Full Moon date.
Christmas Reservations: A minimum stay = 4 nights, and arrival date is 1 days before Christmas.
Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner is 1.500 THB per person (Adult), and 800 THB per person (Children under 14 years old).
New Year Reservations: A minimum stay = 5 nights, and arrival date can be on New Year.
Compulsory New Year Eve Gala Dinner is 2,000 THB per person (Adult), and 800 THB per person (Children under 14 years old)

Special Promotions

Book 4 nights and pay 3 nights, Book 7 nights for the price of 5 vaild until December 19th 2010.

Long Term Discounts

20% discount on long term bookings of 3 months or more applied on all months except for the first two months of booking.
For clients booking for 3 months or more over the Peak Season the High Season price for the apartments will apply.
